Moraira

This villa was built in 2001 on a sloping plot with panoramic sea views and even towards Ibiza on clear days. The house is south east oriented, is spread over 2 levels and is located in the residential area of Cumbre del Sol. On the upper level is the living area consisting of a living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Via an indoor staircase we reach a floor lower where there are two more bedrooms and a bathroom, on the same level with the spacious pool terrace. From almost every room of this house you have a beautiful view of the sea.
