This villa was built in 2002 on a steep plot with private pool and panoramic sea views. Access to the house is through a drive going up and several steps to get up to the main living area (top level) that consists of a living dining area with access onto the terrace, an open plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an utility room. The pool terrace is one level lower and also has a covered area and room for extension.
